How do I book a service?

Browse the Services catalog, add what you need to the cart, share your requirement on the checkout page and pay via Razorpay. You'll receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.

When will my session be scheduled?

I personally reach out within 24–48 business hours of a successful payment to confirm a slot that works for you. Mention preferred dates/times in the checkout form to speed things up.

Which meeting platform do you use?

Google Meet by default. Microsoft Teams or Zoom is available on request — just note it in the requirement description at checkout.

Can I reschedule a confirmed session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the booked time is free. Within 24 hours we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Which payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

All methods enabled on Razorpay — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and popular wallets. Payments are charged in INR.

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). This site never sees or stores your payment credentials — only the order/payment IDs Razorpay returns after a successful charge.

Will I receive an invoice / GST bill?

A payment receipt is emailed automatically on successful payment. Tax invoicing is not currently applicable at the listed prices. If you need a custom invoice for company reimbursement, reply to the confirmation email.

My payment failed. What now?

No money is captured on a failed attempt. Retry from the Cart page, or switch to a different payment method. If you see a debit but no confirmation within 30 minutes, contact support — your bank typically reverses uncaptured authorizations within 5–7 business days.

What exactly do I get?

Each service page lists the specific deliverables (e.g. architecture review document, recorded session, follow-up email summary). Anything not listed is out of scope unless agreed in advance.

Can quantity represent multiple sessions?

Yes. For consultation services, quantity equals the number of sessions you're booking up front (useful for ongoing mentoring or multi-session reviews).

What if my problem needs more time than the booked slot?

Accepted Answer

I'll flag it during the session and suggest the right follow-up — usually a longer engagement booked separately. You're never auto-charged for overage.

I need something not listed on the catalog.

Use the Custom Quote form. Share scope, timeline and budget — you'll hear back within 1–2 business days with a proposal or a request for more details.

Do you take on long-term retainers?
